Private Lessons are available by appointment only. Lessons can be individual or group. Lessons typically come in packages of 5 or 10 sessions for 60 minutes . Table Tennis is a highly complex sport, consistency is needed when training, this is why lessons are typically offered in packages of 5 or more sessions. I use resistance bands to help train or re-train proper technique, this is the fastest way to build proper muscle memory. Video footage is also available with lessons, visual aids are always great plus it helps remind what you learned during the lesson. Any questions or interests please contact me.
